Appointment Cancellations – Things come up and life happens, but if you need to, please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment time. If you need to cancel within the 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment
No Call / No Show – Please respect my time and know that your appointment is my income. A no call / no show appointment fee is 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment.
Be Kind – Please call or text me at 614-493-8649 at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time if you must cancel. Other clients wanting to book appointment times and myself would greatly appreciate it.

Returns – Return and item for any reason. If you purchased a product from my retail shelves and either purchased it by mistake, do not like the smell or feel, or are simply not satisfied with the product you may return it for a full or a partial refund.
Refunds – If the product is fully in tact and still in new condition and you have proof of purchase, you may receive a full refund. If it is used, you will receive a partial refund.
Exchanges – If the product is fully in tact and still in new condition, you may receive an equal exchange. If it is used, you can exchange it for something equal to the value of half the product or simply pay the remaining difference.
